Tatekan（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人の開発者 Takumi Kato（以下「開発者」）が提供する、グループの立て替えと割り勘を記録するアプリです。このページでは、本アプリと、このウェブサイトが扱う利用者の情報と、その使い方を説明します。
1. 集める情報

2. 使う目的
- 本アプリの機能を提供するため（同じ Tatekan のメンバーとの共有、精算の計算、通知）
- サインインとアカウントの管理のため
- 不具合を調べて直すため
- 使われ方を知り、本アプリを改善するため
- お問い合わせに答えるため
集めた情報を、広告の配信や、他社のアプリ・ウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡（トラッキング）に使うことはありません。売ることもありません。
3. ほかの利用者に見える情報
同じ Tatekan に参加しているメンバーには、あなたの名前とアイコン、その Tatekan の支払い・精算・編集履歴・リアクションが表示されます。
Tatekan の招待リンクや QR コードを受け取った人は、その Tatekan に参加できます。パスワードを設定した Tatekan では、参加するときにパスワードが必要です。
4. 外部のサービス
本アプリは、次のサービスを使って情報を保存・処理しています。これらの事業者は、開発者から委託を受けて情報を扱います。法令にもとづく場合を除き、これ以外の第三者に情報を渡すことはありません。

日本の外での取り扱い
Google LLC は米国の事業者で、情報は米国など日本の外にあるデータセンターで保存・処理されることがあります。Google LLC は、Firebase のデータの処理とセキュリティに関する規約にもとづいて、情報を安全に扱う体制を整えています。米国の個人情報の保護に関する制度は、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトで確認できます。
5. このウェブサイトのアクセス解析
このウェブサイト（tatekan-katout.web.app）では、どのページがどれくらい見られているか、どこから来たかを知ってサイトを改善するために、Google LLC の Google アナリティクスを使っています。ページを開くと、次の情報が Google LLC に送られます。
- 見たページの URL とタイトル、ひとつ前に見ていたページの URL
- ストアへのリンクや「アプリで開く」などのボタンを押した記録、割り勘計算ツールで結果を出した・コピーしたなどの記録
- ブラウザと端末の種類、言語、画面の大きさ、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
- ブラウザごとに発行される識別子（Cookie に保存されます）
名前やメールアドレスなど、あなたを直接特定する情報は送りません。割り勘計算ツールに入力した名前や金額は、あなたのブラウザの中だけに保存され、開発者にも Google にも送られません。広告のための機能（Google シグナル、広告のパーソナライズ）は使っていません。
送られたくないときは、ブラウザで Cookie を無効にするか、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンを使ってください。Google による情報の扱いは、Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用で確認できます。
6. 保存する期間と削除
- アカウント、プロフィール、入力した内容は、アカウントを削除するまで保存します。
- Tatekan から退室しても、その Tatekan に記録した支払いなどは、ほかのメンバーの精算のために残ります。
- 使われ方と不具合の情報は、それぞれのサービスで決まった期間が過ぎると、自動で削除されます。

7. 安全のための取り組み
- アプリとサーバーの間の通信は暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
- 支払いや精算などの記録は、その Tatekan のメンバーだけが読み書きできるように制限しています。
8. 情報の確認・訂正・削除
名前とアイコンは、アプリの「設定」→「プロフィール」からいつでも変えられます。
そのほか、あなたの情報の開示、訂正、利用の停止、削除を希望するときは、下のお問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで対応します。
9. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーは、法令やアプリの変更に合わせて改定することがあります。改定したときは、このページに載せた時点から適用します。

Tatekan (the "App") is an app for recording shared expenses and splitting bills with a group, provided by Takumi Kato, an independent developer (the "Developer"). This page explains what information the App and this website handle and how it is used. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use it
- To provide the App's features (sharing with members of the same Tatekan, calculating settlements, sending notifications)
- To sign you in and manage your account
- To investigate and fix problems
- To understand how the App is used and improve it
- To respond to your inquiries
We never use your information for advertising or for tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. We never sell it.
3. Information other users can see
Members of the same Tatekan can see your name and icon, and that Tatekan's payments, settlements, edit history and reactions.
Anyone who receives a Tatekan's invite link or QR code can join that Tatekan. If a password is set, it is required to join.
4. Third-party services
The App stores and processes information using the services below. These providers handle information on behalf of the Developer. Except where required by law, we do not share information with any other third party.

Processing outside Japan
Google LLC is based in the United States, and information may be stored and processed in data centers outside Japan, including in the United States. Google LLC protects this information under the Firebase data processing and security terms.
5. Analytics on this website
This website (tatekan-katout.web.app) uses Google Analytics by Google LLC to understand how often each page is viewed and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. When you open a page, the following information is sent to Google LLC.
- The URL and title of the page you view, and the URL of the page you came from
- Records of tapping links to the app stores or buttons such as "Open in Tatekan", and of showing or copying a result in the bill-splitting calculator
- Browser and device type, language, screen size, and approximate region estimated from your IP address
- An identifier issued for each browser (stored in a cookie)
We do not send information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address. Names and amounts you enter in the bill-splitting calculator stay in your browser and are never sent to the Developer or to Google. We do not use advertising features (Google signals or ad personalization).

6. Retention and deletion
- Your account, profile and the content you enter are kept until you delete your account.
- If you leave a Tatekan, the payments and other records you added to it remain so the other members can still settle up.
- Usage and crash information is deleted automatically after the retention period set by each service.

7. Security
- Communication between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Payments, settlements and other records can only be read and written by members of that Tatekan.
8. Accessing, correcting and deleting your information
You can change your name and icon at any time from Settings → Profile in the App.
For any other request to access, correct, stop using or delete your information, contact us below. We will respond after confirming your identity.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the App. Updates take effect when they are posted on this page.
