アカウントとデータの削除

割り勘アプリ Tatekan のアカウントと、それに結びついたデータを削除する方法です。アプリから削除するか、メールで削除を依頼できます。

アプリから削除する

アプリのバージョン 0.2.1 以降で使えます。

1. アプリのホーム画面から「設定」を開く
2. 「アカウントを削除」を押す
3. 画面の案内に沿って確認すると、削除されます

メールで依頼する

アプリを削除してしまった場合などは、メールで削除を依頼できます。

• 宛先：aokaiinto@gmail.com
• 件名：アカウント削除の依頼

本文には、次のことを書いてください。

• アプリで使っていた名前
• サインインの方法（ゲスト、Google、Apple、X のどれか）
• Google か Apple でサインインしていた場合は、そのメールアドレス。X の場合は、ユーザー名
• 参加していた Tatekan の名前（わかる範囲で）

ご本人であることを確認できたら、30日以内に削除して、メールでお知らせします。確認のため、追加で質問することがあります。ゲストで使っていた場合は、アカウントを特定できないことがあります。

削除されるデータ

• アカウント（サインインの情報）
• 名前とアイコンの画像
• 参加中の Tatekan と、退室した Tatekan の一覧
• あなたしか参加していない Tatekan と、その中の支払い・精算・編集履歴・リアクション

残るデータ

• ほかのメンバーもいる Tatekan では、残ったメンバーの精算が変わらないように、あなたが払った支払いや、割り勘の対象になっていた支払いの記録を残します。表示される名前は「退会したメンバー」に変わり、あなたのアカウントとは結びつかなくなります。
• 使われ方と不具合の情報（Google Analytics for Firebase、Crashlytics）は、それぞれのサービスで決まった期間が過ぎると、自動で削除されます。

Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your Tatekan account and the data linked to it. You can delete it in the app or ask us by email.

Delete in the app

Available in app version 0.2.1 or later.

1. Open Settings from the app's home screen
2. Tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm by following the instructions on screen

Ask us by email

If you have already removed the app, you can ask us to delete your account by email.

• To: aokaiinto@gmail.com
• Subject: Account deletion request

Please include:

• The name you used in the app
• How you signed in (guest, Google, Apple or X)
• If you signed in with Google or Apple, that email address. If you used X, your username
• The names of the Tatekans you joined, if you remember them

Once we confirm that the request comes from you, we will delete your account within 30 days and let you know by email. We may ask additional questions to confirm your identity. If you used the app as a guest, we may not be able to identify your account.

Data that is deleted

• Your account (sign-in information)
• Your name and icon image
• Your list of joined and left Tatekans
• Any Tatekan where you are the only member, with its payments, settlements, edit history and reactions

Data that is kept

• In a Tatekan with other members, payments you paid or were part of are kept so the remaining members' settlements don't change. Your name is replaced with "Former member", and the records are no longer linked to your account.
• Usage and crash information (Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics) is deleted automatically after the retention period set by each service.
